    I would be delighted to share my passion for cooking with you and welcome you into my home, a charming 17th-century farm nestled in the hills of Saint Pée sur Nivelle (just 8 km from Biarritz, 14 km from Saint Jean de Luz, and 19 km from Bayonne).

    Let’s dive into an immersive and friendly cooking class together, where we’ll laugh, learn, and create delicious memories in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to cook with you!

    • COOKING CLASS + LUNCH : a glimpse into French daily life.
      Immerse yourself in the cozy ambiance of my home and join me preparing a traditional French meal. Using fresh, local ingredients, you’ll create a three-course meal featuring a starter, a main dish, and a dessert. Then gather around the table to enjoy this lunch and engage in warm, friendly conversation.
      We can also adapt this culinary experience for gluten free / vegetarian participants – personalized menu on request.
      Option: market tour to purchase the ingredients – transportation not included.
    • FRENCH CLASSICS COOKING CLASS
      Join a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to prepare classic French « bistrot-style » dishes that are both simple and irresistibly delicious. You’ll discover the secrets to mastering 3 iconic recipes that showcase the essence of French cuisine Depending on the season, perfect a creamy béchamel sauce for a golden croque-monsieur, craft a comforting and flavorful traditional onion soup, using the finest, high-quality ingredients. Then it will be time to savor the fruits of your labor.
    • PASTRY CLASSES
      Discover the secrets of iconic French pastries and learn tips & tricks to recreate them in you own kitchen.
      Once your creations are ready, gather to enjoy a tasting session, paired with a beverage, and savor the fruits of your culinary efforts in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Take with you a bag with the leftovers.
      •  FAMILY BAKING CLASS – Immerse yourself in the art of French baking as you learn to prepare three classic recipes tailored to the season and the group, including options like buttery madeleines, rich chocolate moelleux with caramel, a delightful clafoutis, or a seasonal fruit tart.
        Designed to accommodate participants of all ages, including children, the experience is both engaging and educational. 
      • MACARON CLASS – Dive into the world of French pâtisserie with a hands-on baking class where you’ll learn to create two quintessential treats: delicate macarons and buttery madeleines. You’ll uncover every step of the process, from whipping the perfect meringue to crafting a luscious ganache for the macarons.
        No kids under 9/10 yrs old.
      • CHOUX PASTRY CLASS
        Step into the world of choux pastry, the star of contemporary pâtisserie, and master the art of creating elegant and versatile delights. Begin by making savory cheese gougères, a classic from Burgundy, with their irresistible cheesy flavor. Then, move on to sweet choux à la crème, crafting light, hollow puffs filled with a rich chocolate & vanilla cream.
        No kids under 9/10 yrs old. 
      • GLUTEN FREE BAKING CLASS 
        We have adapted some of our favorite recipes with gluten free ingredients and created a baking class of traditional French pastries. We teach from scratch 3 different recipes : madeleines, chocolate cake and fruit tart for example. For Celiacs, there can be traces of gluten as the class takes place in a domestic kitchen.
