A culinary and gastronomic getaway in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of a traditional old farmhouse, transformed into a family home where each generation has left its mark. During this stay, my guests will enjoy the art of French living, a balanced mix of culinary lessons and cultural excursions in a personalized environment.

Day 1: Welcome to Your Adventure!
Arrival: Settle in and unwind as you arrive at our cozy home-away-from-home.
Apéritif & Dinner: Kick off the experience with a warm welcome! Sip on a refreshing apéritif as you mingle with fellow travelers, followed by a delightful dinner featuring local flavors that will set the tone for the days ahead.

Day 2: Exploring Saint Jean de Luz
Breakfast: Start your day with a delicious breakfast to energize you for an exciting day.
Morning: Wander through the vibrant Saint Jean de Luz market, brimming with colorful stalls, local delicacies, and lively chatter. Explore the charming streets of the city and soak in its seaside charm.
Lunch: Enjoy a free lunch at your leisure—whether you choose a quaint café or a picturesque picnic spot, it’s your time to savor.
Afternoon: Time to roll up your sleeves for a fun and interactive cooking class! Learn to prepare regional dishes with love and laughter, and cap it off with a shared dinner of your culinary creations.

Day 3 : A Retro Road Trip!
Breakfast: Another hearty breakfast to fuel the day.
Full Day Tour: Hop aboard a vintage 1970s Volkswagen Combi for a nostalgic road trip through breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems. This day is all about discovery, relaxation, and photo ops galore!
Lunch: Take a break for a free lunch—find a local spot or simply enjoy a scenic bite outdoors.
Dinner: Return « home » for a cozy and delicious dinner with everyone. It’s the perfect way to reflect on your adventures and share stories from the day.

Day 4: Bayonne & Sweet Surprises
Breakfast: Start the day with another tasty breakfast before diving into the region’s rich history and flavors.
Morning: Explore the beautiful town of Bayonne with its charming streets and cultural treasures. Don’t miss the chocolate tour—a delectable journey into the art of Basque chocolate-making that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Lunch: Take some time to enjoy lunch on your own. Choose a local restaurant, or explore and find something that catches your eye.
Afternoon: Back to the kitchen for another exciting cooking class! Discover new recipes, techniques, and ingredients, then sit down together for a dinner filled with laughter and fantastic food.

Day 5: Farewell & Departure
Breakfast: Savor one final breakfast as you soak in the last moments of this incredible experience.
Departure: Say your goodbyes and leave with cherished memories, new friendships, and plenty of inspiration for your next adventure.

🥐 ☕️ Breakfast is with fresh ingredients : fresh bread and croissant – jams & honey – yogourt & granola – cheeses – eggs – home made cakes.
🥘🌶️ 🍏 Cooking class will focus on fresh seasonal & local products and we shall work on the menu all together. Purchase of part of the ingredients for the cooking classes during the market tour or in some local shops close to my home.

⛳️ 🏄‍♀️ For Day 3, I’ve planned an exciting day tour in a vintage 1970s Volkswagen Combi, but the choice is yours! You’re welcome to explore other options as well (rates available on request).
